Questions
What does lifetime mean?
One payment for Pro for as long as Seamless runs, with the storage and features Pro has when you buy, plus the improvements we make to them. Features that cost us money every time they’re used, like AI processing, may be sold separately.
What happens to my projects if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Projects over the free limits stay open, editable and exportable at Standard. You just can’t add more until you’re back under them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Preferences. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Who handles payment and tax?
Stripe sells the plans for us as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. We never see your card.
