Terms of Service
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Seamless for using the Seamless website and app. By creating an account or using Seamless you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Seamless.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Seamless.
- Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed yours.
Your content
Your photos and projects stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display them only as needed to run Seamless for you: for example to save your projects, make previews and produce your exports. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups that expire on their own.
You’re responsible for what you upload. Only use photos you have the right to use, and don’t upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, or sexual content involving minors. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- break the law or use Seamless to harass, deceive or harm others;
- try to get into other people’s accounts or data, or around our security or limits;
- overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or use it to store files unrelated to your projects;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer Seamless, except where the law allows it.
Plans and limits
Seamless has a free plan and may offer paid plans (Seamless Pro). The free plan includes 250 MB of storage for photos and fonts, plus the project, slide and export limits shown in the app. Every plan, paid ones included, has a storage allowance and other limits shown in the app or at checkout; no plan includes unlimited storage. We may change free-plan limits with reasonable notice.
We never delete your work because a limit changed or a paid plan ended. Projects over your plan’s limits stay available to open, edit and export, but you can’t add more until you’re back under them.
Paid plans and payment
- We show the price, what’s included and these terms before you buy.
- Paid plans are sold through Stripe’s checkout (Link), which acts as the reseller (merchant of record): it takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipts. Its own terms, shown at checkout, also apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card details.
- Prices include or add taxes as shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If a plan comes with a free trial, you’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- If we change a subscription’s price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.
- Refunds. If you’re not happy, ask us for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we’ll give it, back to the way you paid. After that, payments aren’t refundable, including for part of a period, unless the law requires it.
Lifetime plans
- A lifetime plan is a single payment for Pro with no renewals.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as we operate Seamless, not for the life of the buyer. If we ever shut Seamless down, the notice under “Changes and availability” applies, and lifetime plans end when the service does.
- It covers the Pro features and the Pro storage allowance offered at the time you buy, along with the improvements we make to them. New features or services that cost us money each time they’re used (for example AI processing, cloud rendering or automated posting) may be offered separately or for an extra charge.
- It’s for one person and can’t be transferred, resold or shared.
- If we close your account because you seriously or repeatedly broke these terms, your lifetime plan ends without a refund.
Other services
Seamless can connect to services such as Google, Apple, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and Dropbox. Your use of them is covered by their own terms. These connections depend on those companies, which can change or withdraw them; if that happens we may have to change or remove the connection. No plan, paid or lifetime, guarantees any particular connection. Seamless isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta, or any of those companies.
Changes and availability
We’re always improving Seamless, so features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Keep your own copies of important photos: Seamless is not a backup service. If we ever shut Seamless down, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your work.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Preferences. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to export your work first.
Disclaimers
Seamless is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we aren’t responsible for how Instagram or other platforms display what you post.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Seamless isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, and if you’re a consumer you keep all the rights your local law gives you.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. Continuing to use Seamless after that means you accept the new terms.
General
If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term right away doesn’t mean we’ve waived it. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Seamless about the service.
